Connects to the machine's existing counter signals (coins in, prizes out) and can replace the original counter, without changing how the machine works. It stays out of the coin path, so the machine keeps running even if the device goes offline.

Remote credits
When a customer's coin doesn't register or a machine acts up, send credits to that machine with one tap — no one has to go on site. Every credit is logged: who sent it and how much.
Inventory
Track each machine's products, quantities and purchase cost in the cloud. Prizes paid out are deducted automatically; just log restocks. Shortages, cost and margin at a glance.
Offline alerts
Machines that haven't reported for several days are listed automatically, so power cuts, network drops and faults don't go unnoticed.
Reports and export
Revenue for every store and machine at a glance; export reports to CSV / PDF for your accountant or your own system.
Coin-exchange kiosk integration
On supported kiosk models, every exchange transaction uploads to the cloud and sits on the same screen as your machines' coin revenue. (Contact us for supported models.)
